An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Additional Information:
The role will entail working with a number of children in a class for pupils with ASD. Experience and training in working with children in a primary school setting, specific care needs and intimate care needs is desirable.
Candidates must be able to work well as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team, be good communicators, be flexible, display strong work ethic and demonstrate a willingness to engage in further training. We are looking for someone who can contribute to our team and someone who can also work on their own initiative.
This post is a standard permanent part-time post (0.75 post, 24 hours weekly), with additional Croke Park hours.
Please include all required paperwork and a copy of Statutory Declaration. Please include Panel Form (PF1) if applicable. Appointment will be subject to Garda vetting and occupational health screening.
Initial duties may be subject to change.
Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
Canvassing will disqualify without exception.
The position is subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.
