An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
These vacancies are arising due to
1) an internal job-share arrangement
2) cluster of 5 schools to cover principal administration days
Ideally the successful candidate will be fully probated and have previous experience of teaching in a multi-grade setting and have experience and an understanding of children with Special Educational Needs and the integration of children with SENs in the mainstream classroom.
Envelopes dhould be marked "Teaching Position Application"
Appointment will be subject, but not limited to: satisfactory references, proof of qualifications, OHS, Garda vetting, Teaching Council registration
