Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team, be flexible, display a strong work ethic and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training. These positions are subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.
Where applicable please furnish a certified copy of a completed Special Needs Assistant Form (PF1).
Experience and relevant qualifications in working with children with ASD, behavioural difficulties and medical needs is preferable alongside experience of working in a pre-school and or special class setting.
