This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have:
• Several years’ general maintenance experience
• Significant computer skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety in order to maintain a public building for daily use by 1,100 people.
• Be able to work as part of a team and also on their own initiative.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• A qualification in building maintenance or a technician’s qualification would be advantageous.
