An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
2 x full-time fixed-term posts to cover internal job-share positions.
3 x job-share positions, 16 hours per week. Two of these positions will operate on a week-on/week-off basis, with the working week running from Thursday to Wednesday. The third position will involve working every Thursday and Friday and every alternative Wednesday with a job-share partner.
Relevant qualifications, as per Department of Education requirements, are essential.
Appointments will be subject to current Garda vetting and occupational health screening.
Experience of and/or training in supporting children with care needs, including Autism, ADHD, sensory needs, emotional and behavioural needs, and intimate care needs, is desirable.
The successful candidate must be flexible, kind, have a strong work ethic, be able to contribute positively to our team and work on his/her own initiative. The successful candidate must also be willing to engage in CPD as required and be available to complete Croke Park Hours throughout the school year.
The successful candidate will be expected to respect student and teacher confidentiality at all times and uphold the Catholic ethos of the school.
