An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a part time standard position, 21 hours 20 minutes per week. If applicable, please submit PF1 form with application.
The successful candidate will have engaged in relevant CPD and will be enthusiastic, flexible and able to work on their own initiative, as part of a team and under the guidance of class teacher.
SNA's work in both mainstream and special classes in this school. The setting is subject to change on a regular basis at the discretion of the principal.
Experience in a DEIS Band 1 urban setting, experience working with pupils from multi-cultural backgrounds, experience working with high level behaviours, physical and medical needs desirable.

Appointments will be subject to satisfactory references, Garda Vetting requirements, OHS screening and completion of Children First training.
