With 10 special classe, a large and experienced SET team, and a strong commitment to inclusive education, Powerstown ETNS offers a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative and innovative learning community that places belonging, participation and pupil voice at the centre of practice.
We welcome applications from both experienced ANAs and Newly Qualified ANAs for a range of roles including:
* Autism Class ANA
* Mainstream ANA
* Developmental Language Disorder ANA
Experience or knowledge of the following would be an advantage:
* Neurodiversity-affirming practice
* Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
* Total Communication approaches
* Autism and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)
* Positive behaviour support and regulation-first approaches
* AAC, visual supports and inclusive communication
* Collaborative and transdisciplinary working
