Inch National School invites applicants from highly dedicated candidates for the position of Special Needs Assistant. There are three positions available.
One full time post, one 0.75 post, and one job share/ 0.5 post.
Candidates are required to have minimum requirements as per DES circular 0051/2019
We are looking for someone who can be flexible and responsive to the needs of the school and children, someone who is kind, enthusiastic, energetic, can contribute to our team and work on their own initiative.
Candidates must be willing to undertake CPD course which relate to the needs of the children and the school and must be available to complete Croke Park Hours throughout the school year.
The successful candidate will be expected to respect student and teacher confidentiality at all times, as well as uphold the Catholic Ethos of the school.
Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
Applications will only be accepted by email to the email address listed below and must be received no later than 5:30pm on Friday 27th June 2025
