This role includes opening the school each morning & locking up/securing the building each evening; inspecting the building (including heating, lighting and alarm system) to make sure everything is in good working order and meets health and safety standards; supervising contractors for repairs; helping our cleaners; performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required (including mowing grass, weeding, regular cleaning of windows and gutters).
Experience in a similar role an advantage.
