Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The filling of this post is subject to the post not being required for the main panel redeployment process.
Initial duties as Mainstream class teacher, but duties may be subject to change
The following skills, experience and qualifications are desirable:
Probation and Experience in teaching pupils in a multi-grade setting;
Experience in teaching Aistear, Literacy Lift-Off, Guided Reading, Team-Teaching in Literacy and Numeracy, Experience of teaching children with additional needs in a mainstream setting,
Interests / skills / experience in music / sport/ I.T./ extra-curricular activities are advantageous.
