Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
There are two fixed-term posts and one substitute (Parental Leave) post.
One of the fixed term posts is for a shared teacher, between a number of rural schools, to cover Principal Teachers' Leadership days. The other fixed-term post and the maternity leave post will initially be for mainstream class teaching.
All teachers must be fully registered with the T.C, be fully compliant with vetting procedures, be qualified to teach Catholic religious education and must satisfy current occupational health screening.
A high standard of Gaeilge is expected as well as interest and ability in Music and singing.
Canvassing will disqualify.
