An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is fixed-term SNA position for 16 hours per week for the duration of school year 2021/2022. The position, a job-share replacement, will operate on a split week basis. The successful candidate will be required to provide Garda Vetting and to work Croke Park hours (on a pro-rata basis).

Knowledge, relevant experience and an ability to demonstrate a good understanding of ASD and EBD pupil needs is essential. Dealing with pupils with medical-related needs and experience with iPads, laptops and assistive technology is desirable.
