An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is a permanent full time post. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working in an ASD class or with children with Autism.
Evidence of CPD in the area of Special Education is desirable.
Candidates must be a willing team member, display a strong work ethic, be flexible and demonstrate confidentiality of the pupils at all times.
Duties as per circular 0030/2014.
