An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The two positions being advertised are:
1) Fixed-term position in a senior mainstream class.
2) Fixed-term position to cover Teaching Principal release days in five schools. St. Oliver Plunkett NS is the base school for this position. Classes to be covered by the successful candidate will include multi-grade classes from Junior Infants to 6th class and SET. The schools included in the cluster are:
St. Oliver Plunkett NS, Killina
Scoil Bhríde NS, Ticknevin
Monasteroris NS, Edenderry
St. Ciarán's NS, Castlejordan
All Saints NS, Mullingar
Applicants should specify if they are applying for one or both of the positions advertised in their 'Letter of Application'. A recognised qualification to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is essential.
