An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Experience in Special Education is highly desirable. As this is a Catholic school, the successful applicant must have a Certificate to teach Religious Education. Please outline your experience of dealing with children with special Educational Needs and any recent relevant CPD completed. Please include a copy of your Certificate in R.E. in your letter of application.

Appointments will be subject, but not limited to, satisfactory references, current Garda vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening and current and continued registration with the Teaching Council.
