The Board of Management of Tarbert Comprehensive School, Co. Kerry invites applications from suitably qualified teachers for the position of a teacher of English and RE (RPT - 22 hours approx.). It would be an advantage to have experience teaching LCA Social Education. Please apply by completing the application form available to download at www.tarbertcomprehensive.ie under Policies & Publications → Application Forms. Post the completed application form together with a stamped addressed envelope to the Principal, Tarbert Comprehensive School, Tarbert, Listowel, Co. Kerry (emails will not be accepted). Please include two written references. Closing date for receipt of applications is 12 noon on Monday May 24th 2021. Interviews are provisionally due to take place from June 10th – 15th 2021. Please note that in-person interviews are likely, however given unknown future Covid-19 restrictions that may be in place, online interviews via Zoom or other online platform is possible. Shortlisting may apply and canvassing will disqualify. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. All appointments are subject to the sanction and approval of the Director of Re-deployment and Department of Education and Skills.
