Applications are invited for the post of Principal teacher in St. Mark’s SNS. This vibrant and inclusive school has a Catholic ethos and is under the patronage of the Catholic Archdiocese of Dublin. The successful candidate must have a recognised qualification to teach Religious Education and a commitment to promoting the Catholic ethos.
The following skills, knowledge and experience are desirable: Evidence of continuing professional development and the ability to promote a culture of learning and creativity in the school: Excellent communication skills expressed both in leadership and teamwork: Strong organisational capabilities to manage a large busy school. A willingness to engage with Restorative Practices. The capacity to continue the progress of St Marks as a Digital School of Distinction.
Candidates called to interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications and teaching council registration.
Applications will only be considered if envelopes are clearly marked "Principal Teacher Application" and are received through the post.
Closing date 5.00pm on Friday 2nd October.
