An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Substitute Teacher (maternity leave) required for St. Joseph's N.S., Leitrim Village, Roll No:01125B, commencing Monday 16th November 2020. Please use the standard application form. Please include a current postal address on the application form. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a face to face interview on Tuesday 13th October. Remote interviews cannot be facilitated. The successful candidate must be registered with the Teaching Council, be qualified to teach Religion, have a current Vetting Disclosure, have completed the Tusla Child Safeguarding e-learning training and must provide fitness to teach (via Medmark) prior to appointment. There is a possibility that the successful candidate may need to commence working in the school prior to 16th November. A panel will be drawn up from interviewed candidates for any vacancy which may arise in the school of similar or shorter duration within four months from the date of interview.
