An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is a Developing Schools Post and is subject to enrolment on September 30th 2020. Our projected enrolment for September is 96 pupils.
Dun Laoghaire Educate Together National School was opened in August 2017 and is a rapidly growing mainstream primary school with Junior Infant’s, Senior infant’s, First Class and Second class for the academic year 2020/2021.
We are currently in temporary accommodation in Monkstown Grove but will move to Dún Laoghaire to our permanent site in a few years.

We promote a very positive school culture. We have a small and very supportive team ethic. There will be lots of opportunities for CPD and for taking on leadership responsibilities within the school. A great deal of flexibility will also be required as we are in the early stages of our development.

Please note that this Developing School Post is sanctioned as FIXED TERM ONLY for September and October. Once we have confirmed our pupil numbers on the 30th of September the post may be sanctioned as permanent.

Interviews will be held face-to-face but there is the possibility that interviews may be held using video-conferencing technology due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
