An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Scoil Chiaráin CBS is a mainstream all boys snr school with 3 ASD classes. We are under the trusteeship of ERST.
This is a caretaker/janitorial role - equal importance to both.
We have large grounds which require a high level of maintenance. Our school building is traditional in structure. It is a large building in good condition. To maintain the school building to high standard of maintenance and cleanliness would be essential to this role.
Experience of cleaning, gardening and handyman activities would be advantageous.
Responsibility for opening, closing and securing school premises also. Further details of the job description available upon request.
