An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Criteria for application
Applicants who are deemed to be members of the SNA supplementary panel with supplementary panel rights must furnish a certified copy of a completed Panel form PF1 with their application.
Experience of working with children with autism, intellectual disability , hearing impairment , challenging behaviour, speech and language delay in a mainstream school is essential.
Candidates should display a willingness to respect the ethos of the school and work as part of a team.
