An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
St. Augustine's is a school for students aged 8 to 18
with mild general learning disabilities. Some students have an
additional diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, ADD and hearing/visual impairments.
Reasonable experience of working in this type of special school and experience of positive behaviour support are
highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be offered a bus escort position starting in the Raheny, Howth, Bayside & Killester areas. Bus escorts assist in the safe and timely transport of students to and from school (term-time only). The bus escort position is fixed-term for remainder of school year 2018-2019.
