Ideally the candidate will possess:
• A Level 8 Qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education.
• Experience of working with children in a similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
• Good working knowledge and experience of Policies, Aistear, Siolta and related issues in the early years sector.
The Room Leader will work as part of a team and be responsible for the day to day running of the service, including liaising with colleagues, AIM officers, Pobal, DCYA, Tusla, Inspectors, School Principal and Parents as needed.
