Applications are invited for the posts of SNA which may arise for 2018/19 for 32 hours. Fetac Level 5 essential.
Specific competencies to meet the special educational needs of secondary school students with autism in an ASD Unit are required for this position. Expertise and/or Continuous Professional Development in the areas of sensory processing,social communication, dealing with anxiety & transitions as well as positive behaviour management strategies is desirable.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Due to the expected high volume of applications it will not be possible to reply to unsuccessful candidates.
A panel of applicants shall be formed from which any vacancies which occur within a four month period shall be filled.
Closing date for receipt of applications is 4pm on Wednesday 22nd August.

Positions are subject to Successful Garda Vetting and final Department of Education and Science approval.
