Arrowsmith Programme teacher
Description:
The Arrowsmith Program is based on the application of neuroscientific research to help students strengthen the cognitive capacities underlying a range of learning difficulties.
The Arrowsmith Assessment Centre will open in Geneva in 2018 and we are a seeking candidate to become an Arrowsmith teacher, who will evaluate students and will provide training to future Arrowsmith teachers.
Requirements
* college diploma; bachelor's degree; or teacher certification;
* a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a classroom or equivalent environment with students.
Profile
* A proven ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills.
* Good analytical and problem solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* An affinity for working with students with learning disabilities including a clear understanding of the behaviours associated with learning disabilities.
* Strong classroom management skills with a focus on positive behaviour strategies
* High-level computer literacy skills.
