POST DETAILS
Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The CRC School caters for students aged 3 -18 years who have a primary physical disability and may have a learning disability. The school is under the patronage of the Central Remedial Clinic.
Essential Criteria:
-Level 5 SNA qualification
-Training in the area of feeding
-Training in behaviour management
-Training in client manual handling
-Experience in catering for care needs such as toileting and personal care needs
Desirable:
-Experience / training in alternative and augmentative forms of communication
-Experience working as part of a team
This position is 0.83 of a post - 8.50am - 1.30pm and has been sanctioned until the end of the school year.
