Additional Information:
This position is for a special class teacher for children with Autism. You will be working closely with SNAs and will be working alongside the staff in a second special class. The class has 6 children and 2 SNAs and is attached to a mainstream school with 8 class teachers and two special education teachers. A qualification in special education and experience teaching in a special class or special school is highly desirable. Only shortlisted candidates will be acknowledged.Candidates who are called to interview will be requested to bring copies of Teaching Qualifications. Please note the application required. No additional documents should be submitted. Canvassing will automatically disqualify. A panel may be formed to fill any vacancies which might arise within a 4 month period.
