An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Bunscoil Rinn an Chabhlaigh is a mixed school based in Cobh, Co. Cork. Current enrolment exceeds 730 and there are four special ASD classes. The vacant SNA position is a mix of mainstream setting and special class setting. Prior experience an advantage.

Posts are subject to 6 months probation.

Duties assigned to the post are outlined in Circular 30 / 2014.

Hours worked are subject to DES policy (see circular 71 / 2011 among others)
