An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

THIS IS A JOB SHARE POSITION
Enable Ireland Sandymount School is a designated co-educational special school for pupils with a primary physical disability. Our School caters for students aged 4-18 years who may have high level of care needs. The post is full time fixed term every alternative week for one year to substitute for staff member Job Share. This post was previously advertised and candidates who did apply are not required to reapply as their applications will be reconsidered.
Desirable Criteria
Fully Probated Primary / Secondary trained teacher
a minimum of 1 year experience in a school setting
Experience/ training in alternative and augmentative forms of communication
Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Shortlisting will apply.
Interviews will be hosted week beginning August 21st 2017.
Appointment is subject to Garda vetting, medical fitness and reference checking. .
