An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is 0.5 of an SNA post which is approximately 16 hours per week (3hrs 12 mins per day or what school management deems fit to meet the care needs of our pupils). An additional 36 Croke Park Hours per annum will be expected as per the Haddington Road Agreement.
Minimum qualifications as per Department of Education and Skills Circular 42/2017.
Appointment will be subject to Vetting Requirements as per Circular 31/2016 and Occupational Health Screening.
The position will involve working with pupils in a mainstream class setting.
It is desirable that applicants have skills, experiences and qualifications in the area of Special Educational needs, including autism, toileting and care needs (including peg feeding).
Applicants who are deemed to be on the Supplementary Panel should enclose a certified copy of their completed Panel Form 1 (PF1) as per circular 0042/2017
Selection Panel will only correspond with candidates who have been shortlisted.
Interviews are due to be held the week of August 7th 2017
