Applicants for this position must have a Certificate to Teach R.E. and be fully probated.
In addition the following skills, experience and knowledge are desirable:
Previous multi-grade class teaching experience in a small school;
An interest in promoting Gaeilge and Irish Culture positively;
Proven Leadership Skills;
Experience of managing people;
Proven ability to work as a member of a team;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
A commitment to working in partnership with parents and the wider school community;
Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload;
An understanding of and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic School;
Previous experience in curriculum and policy development;
Evidence of continuing and relevant professional development;
An interest in promoting the arts and extra curricular activities;
