Lead Montessori Teacher in Little Eaton Montessori, a warm and welcoming sessional Montessori school in Shankill. Working hours are from 8.45am to 1.00pm. Options to work until 2pm are available. We cater for 15 children in our classroom.
Requirements: Minimum Level 7 in Montessori education and minimum 3 years classroom experience. The lead teacher will be responsible for implementing the Montessori method and catering for each child’s individual need. A working knowledge of Aistear, Siolta and the pre school regulations is essential. As part of a small team the candidate will plan the weekly curriculum and oversee all child observations and Montessori work records.
A genuine interest in children and the Montessori method is a must. As is a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team. An interest in outdoor fun and activities is highly advantageous.
