An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Applicants should demonstrate a knowledge of physical disability and associated care needs. Candidates will be asked about managing children with challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties as well as working as part of a special school team. Minimum education requirement must be shown. All successful candidates will be garda vetted and asked to complete medical screening.
