Poulacapple N.S. is a Catholic School based in a rural setting. As a Catholic School applicants for this position must have a certificate to teach R.E. This is a teaching Principal post. The following skills are desirable:

Previous teaching experience in a multi-grade classroom setting.
Evidence of continuing and relevant professional development.
An understanding of and commitment to the ethos, values and culture of a modern rural school.
Willingness to work positively and effectively as a member of a team.
Effective people management, communication and inter-personal skills.
Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload.
Previous experience of school policy development.
Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives.
Candidates called for interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications and Teaching Council Registration.
