POST DETAILS
Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Relevant qualifications as per Department of Education requirements is essential.
SNA supplementary panel right holders must furnish a completed PF1 panel form as part of their application.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic, respect the ethos of the school and be willing to work as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team under the direction of the classroom teachers and school principal.
Experience of working with young children with Autism, Intellectual Disability, ADHD, Diabetes, Intimate Care and Challenging behaviour is highly desirable. Experience of working in special classes and additional relevant qualifications eg First Aid, PECS, LÁMH etc would be desirable.
Canvassing will disqualify.
