POST DETAILS
Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
We have two positions available for the new school year, one full time and one 0.83 of a post (Infant Day). Our school reopens for the new school year on Wednesday August 28th.
We are looking for staff who are dedicated, energetic, enthusiastic, can contribute to our team and work on his/her own initiative. The positions could be in mainstream or in our soon to be opened ASD class. Experience of working in an ASD class would be beneficial but not a requirement.
Experience of TEACCH, ABC and PECS approaches to intervention would be advantageous. We foster and promote an ongoing engagement in CPD to meet the needs of our pupils and we would expect that from our new appointments.

Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting Requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
Applicants who are deemed to be members of the SNA Supplementary Panel with Supplementary rights, must furnish a certified copy of a completed panel form(PF1) with their application.

The position is subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.
